OBAMA WINS DEMOCRATS ABROAD

You may remember that the wife and I voted in the Democrats Abroad Caucus a few weeks ago. Well, today the results were finally announced, and it appears that Barack Obama won 66% to 33%. The astounding thing to me is that winning 2 to 1 in votes cast gives him 2.5 delegates to Hillary's 2. Can someone explain this to me? Are the Democrats really that bad at math?
